Temporary Work visa is for those international students who recently graduated from Australian Education providers. Family members can also be part of the application. The Duration for this visa may vary from 18 months to 4 year depending on the individual scenario. The TR 9485) visa must be lodged within 6 months of completion of Australian studies.
The visa comprises of 2 streams:

• Post Study Work Stream: This stream applies to those who have completed at least bachelor’s degree from Australian institute. It allows you to work full time and study in Australia. This visa can be granted for 2-4 years depending on the qualification achieved, campus location, and place of residence.
• Graduate Work Stream: Those who completed their Diploma with the occupation required by Australian government falls under this stream. Duration for this visa is 18 months.

Requirements:

• Must have completed Australian education with 6 months of lodgement
• Must hold valid OVHC (Overseas Visitor Health Cover)
• Must be less than 50 years old.
  Must have valid English language proficiency at time of lodgement. Any of the below English test must have been undertaken in past 3 years –
• IELTS: Overall score of at least 6 with a minimum score of 5 for each of the 4 parts, or
• PTE: Overall score of at least 50 with a minimum score of 36 for each of the 4 parts, or
• Equivalent test score in other accepted test as OET, CAE, or TOEFL
