Student Guardian visas are for those who are relatives of international students who are 18 years or younger. The guardian intends to come to Australia for the sole purpose of accompanying and supporting the child while their study in Australia. The applicant can be the student’s parents, custodian, or relative but must be 21 years of age or older. This visa can be granted only up to the duration of the student visa held by the student visa holder.
